Bge Customer Care - Any ideas would be appreciated, im doing ribs and chicken breasts for the same meal. I have been looking the bge is quite expensive. Anybody have their own perfect temperature and method to share to deliver one juicy and seared chicken breast.i know everybody has their own rubs or sauce, but i'm interested in method. Xxl bge, karebecue, klose byc, chargiller akorn kamado, weber smokey mountain, grand turbo gasser, weber smoky joe, and the wheelbarrow that my grandfather used to cook. There are quite some things to go through, my bad… but it is not that. Preassembled correctly would also be nice.
I am going to try the slow roasted leg of lamb recipe that is in the bge cookbook tomorrow. What are everyone's thoughts on rotisseries and suggested brands. But i would still stack my dad's country style ribs (which are of course more of a pork chop than a rib, really) against anybody, anywhere, who doesn't have a kamado or bge smoker.
